Terms of Service

1. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once our team issues an order confirmation. We may decline orders where products are unavailable, pricing is in error, or delivery is not possible.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment and delivery

Payment is arranged with our team after order confirmation via the methods agreed with you. Products remain our property until paid in full. Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

3. Use of products

Drones must be operated in accordance with the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) regulations, including remote pilot licensing requirements where applicable. Camping trailers must be loaded and towed within the stated GVM and tow-vehicle specifications. We accept no liability for misuse.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images and software — is owned by or licensed to Africa Drone Solutions and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Africa Drone Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the North West Province, South Africa.
