What does GVM mean on your camping trailers?
GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) is the maximum permitted weight of the trailer when fully loaded — including the trailer's own tare weight and its payload. For example, a 750 kg GVM trailer with an approximate tare weight of 300 kg provides around 450 kg of payload. The advert GVM is the maximum combined weight of the trailer and its load.
Can I get a 750 kg GVM trailer with a 450 kg payload?
Yes. We supply trailers to those specifications subject to availability. A 750 kg GVM trailer with an approximate tare weight of 300 kg provides a payload of around 450 kg — that's our Trailblazer 750. Contact our team to confirm stock and lead times.
Do I need a drone licence in South Africa?
Hobby flying with a sub-250 g drone (like the Mini 4 Pro) requires no licence. Commercial drone operations require a valid Remote Pilot Licence (RPL) and a Remote Operating Certificate (ROC) from the SACAA. Our team can refer you to accredited training partners.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders dispatch within 48 hours and typically arrive in 2–5 business days within South Africa. Custom-built trailers and back-ordered drones take 2–6 weeks depending on configuration. Our team always confirms timelines with you before dispatch.
Do you deliver trailers outside South Africa?
Yes — we regularly deliver to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Cross-border delivery is quoted per order based on destination and clearance requirements.
What warranty do your products carry?
Drones carry the manufacturer's 12-month warranty (extendable with care plans). Camping trailers carry a 3- to 5-year structural warranty on chassis and suspension, with 2 years on electrical components and fittings.
How does payment work?
We confirm your order, then arrange payment via EFT, bank transfer or approved finance partners. No card details are taken on this website — a team member contacts you to arrange payment and delivery.
Can I return a product?
Most products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Used commercial drones and custom-built trailers are non-returnable. See our Return Policy for full details.
