Shipping Policy

We deliver across South Africa and into neighbouring countries. This policy explains shipping costs, timelines and what to expect when your order ships.
1. Dispatch times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). Custom-built camping trailers and back-ordered drones have lead times quoted at the time of order — typically 2 to 6 weeks.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated and confirmed by our team after your order is placed, based on weight, dimensions and destination. A team member will confirm shipping costs and delivery times with you before dispatch.
3. Delivery times
Standard delivery within South Africa is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Regional areas may take longer. Deliveries to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique are quoted per order.
4. Large items — camping trailers
Camping trailers are delivered by dedicated vehicle transport to the nearest accessible point or collection depot. Delivery of trailers includes an in-person handover and a 30-minute orientation of the trailer's features.
5. Inspection on delivery
Please inspect all deliveries on receipt. Report visible damage to the courier and to us within 48 hours so we can process a claim on your behalf.
