Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work at Africa Drone Solutions.
1. Return window
You may return most products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
2. Non-returnable items
For safety and regulatory reasons, drones that have been registered with the SACAA or used for commercial operations, and custom-built or modified camping trailers, cannot be returned. Consumable items (batteries, spray nozzles) must be unopened.
3. How to start a return
Contact us at info@africadronesolutions.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorisation and advise return shipping. Do not ship goods without authorisation.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
5. Defective products
If your product is defective within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We will repair, replace or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 68 of 2008, and the applicable manufacturer warranty.
